Does this sound like you?

You know something's off — even when no one else can see it.

Your brain feels like a browser with 50 tabs open — and half of them frozen.
You got a diagnosis, but nobody gave you a plan for the day-to-day skills.
Words are on the tip of your tongue more than they used to be.
Meds or past support helped some — but not enough, and you know it.
Every test comes back "fine," yet you know something's off.
You've been told to "just be resilient," and you're tired of hearing it.
Why it hasn't shifted yet

You've tried the usual routes — here's what they miss.

×
Meds aloneThey can take the edge off — but they don't rebuild the habits, skills, or day-to-day function.
×
Talk therapy aloneIt can help you process — but it isn't built to rebuild executive function and communication.
×
Standard testingIt often misses what's actually going on — so you get told you're "fine" when you know you're not.
We The BillionsWe look at how you actually use language — your voice, your story — to surface what standard testing misses, then work on the root cause. Your story reveals it; your story heals it.

Meet Sanna

Someone who looks past the standard norms.

(to provide)

Sanna Darwish is a speech-language pathologist (SLP) who uses language — how you speak, remember, and make meaning — as both the assessment and the treatment. She works with everyone from people rebuilding function after a brain injury, trauma, or a new diagnosis to those who simply know something feels off.

Her approach is whole-person and inclusive: it looks past standard "one-size-fits-all" norms, considers factors most testing overlooks, and works on the root cause rather than just the surface symptom. Sanna is fluent in Arabic and works with clients across the US and Arabic-speaking regions — all virtually.

Questions people usually ask

Is the first call free, and how does it work?

Yes — it's a free 15-minute call to see if it's a fit and to explain how the Brain Map works. No commitment.

What does it cost?

The consultation is free. If it's a fit, we'll walk you through what the Brain Map and ongoing support look like on the call — so there are no surprises.

Is it virtual or in-person, and where?

It's virtual, serving clients across the US and Arabic-speaking regions. Some situations may benefit from an in-person facilitator — we'll talk through that on the call.

I've already tried meds, therapy, or support groups — how is this different?

We look at how you actually use language to find what standard testing can miss, then work on the root cause — not just the surface symptom.

The invisible doesn't mean the unreachable.
